I think It does as we can all move on to whatever with the real story of the failed bid put to bed. Truth Is always helpful to know and I speak as a fan who accepts the Bod decision

Ah well I'm wrang again!....Just booking my second flight to Amsterdam for my next pair of shinny new cloggs..lol In truth I'm not shocked the deal failed but the lead up to the final bid was strange (1) Bid submitted (2) 10000hrs asked to make changes to 2 aspects (3) REA said changes made (4) bid rejected Now the PDE has these changes as more up front money and a personal guarantee which REA seems to be suggesting were done In the article. I can only assume either 1 or both conditions were not met in full and he maybe pushed the up front money a bit but not enough or/and his personal guarantee Is not as strong as the board would like.

You have already said your £10 per month will go to Smisa If 10000hrs don't complete. IMO you are against this bid but maybe I was wrong In thinking you had more Info to what was involved.

I did say IMO......Based on your positive comments on a current board member remaining as chairman of the club....Sounded positive to me ...Did I pick you up wrong?

Let me explain...Div said he KNEW of other bids when we were saying they might be made up. Davidg said a current board member would stay if the American bid was successful....They are closer to the wheel than us ...so If you are not where they are and are like me and have no Info then speculation Is all we have. ..My previous post stands on the general Info and 10000hrs will be In place next week.

Interesting difference of opinion on here from the only 2 who know something we don't ...namely the "Ware bid". Two mods......die hard St Mirren fans seem to have a clash of opinions on our Scottish/American cousin. Davidg is for and Div is against.....Just IMO you understand but Interesting...right now I'll stick with Div.

I have posted before that even an asset stripper would stuggle to make money out of St Mirren. Rangers paying £2 million makes perfect sense but hey thats in the past. How are we going to lose our club?....Administraition? naw we would come out of that having no bank debt or dare i say Paye/Nic outstanding. Liquidation ? by whom and how? ...SG? calling in the BDO?...naw......I have my concerns about 10000hrs but the end of our club is certainly not one of them!

You do make some fair points Sid but your attack on 10000hrs over the last few months has been Nuclear rather than the few grenades the rest of us were chucking in (for a response!) but... There has always been one thing at the back of my mind and It's this.. I'm sure this new deal will have to relly on 1000 DDs going on for at least 5 yrs and this is the key. If we are happy with all that happens and are in the loop then we could grow to maybe 2000 and if we are shat apon then we have zero. The only point I make is anything the new board does will have a financial impact on paying the debt. I'm sure the majority will support them and look to raise any concerns we have. No matter the constitution £120,000 P/A....with an ability to grow to £200,000 or go to zero has to have a major impact with any decision 10000hrs make.
