paisleybuds Posted October 19, 2006 Report Share Posted October 19, 2006 Has anyone else got the demo? if so whats the best tactics to use with St. Mirren 5-3-2 counter... you have to invest in loan signings if you want to do resonably well I finished 7th in the demo. I had a back 3 of Hobbs (man u i think), Potter, Cuthbert (celtic) Broadfoot playing the defensive midfielder Lappin and DVZ at wing backs Jones (Man U) and Anderson in the midfield with Anderson playing the AMC run. And usually Sutton/Mehmet and Beattie (Celtic)/Kean up front Corky does well but you need to play him AML to get any good performance from him and I usually stick him on and take lappin off and push him up if we are behind with 20 mins or so to go. Sold DVZ And CoCo to Gr*t*a For 100k Each ( silly bastards will pay over the odds for anyone ) I got a 2 boys from hearts on loan, 1 being jamie mole cant remember the other one. Also got Alan McGregor for 40k - BARGAIN. absaloute legend of a keeper. And brung in Kevin McDonald - Dundee - 14k Hugh Robertson - 8k < i think and a boy Called 'loy' i think from rangers. he's a good player. Currently sitting 8th with 5 games to go.
