Like junk mail you can't throw out. I'm not sure what the question is ? Do you mean when you visit the site on your iPad using Safari you get a banner advertising the app ? If so there is a little cross on the banner (top right) to close it and it will not appear again ? I'm not sure what you mean by it loading on every site you visit ? I'm not sure what you mean by it loading on every site you visit ? Tried that little cross unresponsive. The banner is omnipresent and feckin annoying as there ain't much screen to view on an iPad.
