Plumbing Help

Perished rubber washer in waste, maybe? A plumber will charge you an arm and a leg for a call-out for what could be an easy job to fix yourself. Always worth checking out if you can sort it first unless there is water pishing everywhere.

Cheers mate, got the plumber from Jane's work coming round to do a wee homer, tonight. Went down and had a look in the neighbours bathroom and there doesn't seem to be any damage to the ceiling. Though when he said, it's been leaking into the lamp fitting for the last 2 or 3 nights, it kind of begs the question... Why didn't you contact us 2 or 3 nights ago?

She said I don't need to be home!
