We were sitting having dinner in the hotel when my eldest daughter nearly choked on her Paella and spluttered "a boy has just walked in wearing a St Mirren strip!" Being on holiday abroad I couldn't not go and speak to him. The family were from Paisley and the 13 year old wasn't sure whether to wear the strip or not as it was last year's one. I said it didn't matter as we still don't know what this season's is going to be like. I was surprised and pleased that I only saw one R*ng*rs top and no C*lt*c ones. I saw a Hearts, Kilmarnock, Blackburn, Wales,England, Belguim and plenty of German and Spanish and a few I have no idea who they were but obviously the best looking one was St Mirren.
