BigYardsAndBasher Posted February 21, 2023 Report Share Posted February 21, 2023 I don't want to continue taking the St. Johnstone v St. Mirren 25/02/23 thread off track so I've created this thread for people to recommend or slate films and books involving football in a fictional sense. As I said in the St. Johnstone matchday thread, I could recall: "A Shot At Glory" (I've never seen it) "Escape To Victory" (It's ok, I thought it was weird Slyvester Stallone as the Goalkeeper) The "Goal" Trilogy (I watched the first one but not the other two. I wasn't a fan of the first one). DougJamie reminded me of "Gregory's Girl" which I liked. I've never seen the follow-up to it. Can anyone else think of any?
