The first part is just your usual defensive mode. Go on the attack without warrant. SO doesn't merit any comeback. As for your legitimate question. There was a rumour doing the rounds well before SR jumped ship that part of the reason for the dip in form was due to players KNOWING things were going on in the background and that SR was in talks with Aberdeen well before the announcement. That's why I posted what I OPENLY said was a maybe. Not trying to be billy big baws, in the know, without proof.

I agree putting this to the public would almost certainly been messy. There's, IMO, far too much made of this possibility (Highlighted) as there's several measures in place to prevent this happening but, as I said, I'd much prefer to go out on my terms.
