A lot of chat on here about tactics and individual players and the manager. However, I think it's as much to do with ATTITUDE or EMPHASIS as against any of the above. We have seen that many times with the Saints, for when we sit back or stand off and allow the opposition to come at us unchallenged until they reach the 18 yard box, it is usually curtains or a fluky win or draw. And little emphasis has been placed on the attacking skills within the Scottish game in general in the past few decades - thus our chronic paucity of attacking options in our play.
