  1. You are correct there are no mention of "arms" in The Fields of Athenrye or Anfield Road. It the idiotic Loyalist Rangers supporters version that has mentioned "arms" They call it "Fathers Advice" and theres a line in it where the daddy implores his boy to join the YCV with a pistol and a rifle in his hand. How in the name of feguck do they get away with the filth they sing and Celtic urnae much better imo
  2. I am led to believe that he has started a University degree on a full time basis.
  3. Any news on The boy Morrison horrendous tackle on him and it looked bad Just heard he suffered a double leg break, best wishes to young Mark and hope he recovers well from this bad injury
  4. Young Saints beaten 2-1 by Partick Thistle to be honest Thistle were the better team and deserved their win. Thistle led 1-0 right up to literally the last kick of the first half when Jason McGrath let fly with a screamer. All the players worked hard but were 2nd best most of the game. Jim Goodwin and Cammie Howieson both started and finished the game
  5. Game tonight against Falkirk 6 30pm kick off
  6. I was stupid enough to leave with 8 minutes to go, score 1-0 that will teach me. Thought the team done very well, stuck to there tasks and limited Celtic to few chances. Jim Goodwin talked the younger players through the game especially Barry Cuddihy who had a great game at centre back. Alan Gow had a howler in the first half but in the 2nd you could see there is a player there. A very good disciplined performance with no failures. I thought Pooler worked very hard and also stuck to his task..
  7. Just looked up the rules of the SPFL Development League and believe it or not it is 5 in a squad of 18, i didnae think it was as many as that.
  8. Wasn't at the game but seen him a few times imo he is very good, strong, positive with a great workrate
  9. Think Ian Durrant must have been at a different game gave Saints no praise whatsoever. Mistakes by Rangers most of the possession etc. Great result and performance by the young buddies.
  10. Johnston did not exactly set the heather on fire at Killie some of his signings beggared belief and the fans did not rate him almost to a man.
  11. I think Stewart McCall would be a good choice, ok it went wrong at Motherwell and he knew when it was time to go, but he did take them to 3rd place the season before. Motherwell under McCall were a very difficult team to beat and I think if given a new challenge he would get it right.
  12. Thistle are beatable as long as the manager does his homework unlike the Killie manager who allowed them to look like Barca with the way he set up team.
  13. That's what happened apart from it was his knee, and it was lying wide open with the kneecap visible, he got it stitched and he is home.
  14. The injured player was Dylan Pooler ambulance called taken to the RAH bad gash to kneecap
