You had us relegated not so long ago so why not Europe. Do I think we would do well , feck no but then few Scottish clubs have in recent years but it would help SR recruit and would provide afew quid . Most importantly we get a European day out for the fans, something we have not had for too many years. Every little helps increase crowds and hence the club's coffers

Main points for me Curtis Main - excellent, bullied their defence all day but is defo penalised for being a big guy, should have had a load of fouls for today. Small - good solid game, gave them plenty to think about Taylor - good find by Robinson getting better all the time Strain - what a find he is, great player and runs himself into the ground every game Carson - great keeper ( although I was not convinced at first but then we have been spoilt recently) The rest of the team played very well Jota - why didnt he get a card for the dive or the taking out of Baccus off the ball Celtics 2 goals - both came from almost nothing but then when they bring on 3 subs worth probably £10mil and we went toe to toe with them. Great game to watch as a Buddie, yes they had more of the ball but you expect that from a team with multiple times our budget but we took the game to them.

You could say that about any team as all of them will be losing players this summer so dont see why we should especially worry

So obviously Livi are not as good as they think they are as they also lost even thought they were top 6 most of the season, and Hibs who drew with a bottom club too so obviously not also as good as they think? At the end of the day most of the clubs in the SPL aside from the cheeks are very close in terms of ability so when one side has a bad day at the office and another performs well the results go that way. We have had may good days at the office this season and are where we are on merit.

Always liked him as a player and got better with each year he has been in and around the team. At only 21 he still has afew years to go before peaking so he can be an outstanding player. Never understood why some people had a downer on him, he suffered from being used wrongly when he was 17/18 in the team but has shown this season especially what he can do when played correctly. Good luck to to the lad and hope he keeps learning and showing people they were wrong.

Ethan will do well down south and will be a miss in the team but we are a selling team so getting the money is a plus, been getting better and better he is one of the players who is calm on the ball and finds a pass.

Saints playing well, Motherwell as normal for us plenty of possession but huffing and puffing with no edge so far. Main took his goal well , happy for the big man as he puts in a shift every game. No duffers so far , everyone doing their job. Brophy scores in his first loan start, pretty much expected that as long as its not against us not arsed

Saints really need to find a killer edge or we will continue to struggle this season, so close to being a great saints team just missing that cutting edge.

Overall no surprises , Celtic have the money to spend on class players to finish moves and create them. We have players able to frustrate and harry, against any team outwith the gruesomes I fancy our chances (if only we would take one of them). Onwards and hopefully upwards. We ran hearts hard who are deservedly 3rd and pumped Aberdeen tonight thats our level currently, and dont expect that to change currently without Qatari owners 🤣
