  1. How do you know "those on here" are "primarily men"? Out of curiosity, how intoxicated was Goodwille, did she get consent from him and was the taxi driver a Dundee fan?
  2. It's actually worse than that, it's more of a popularity contest. Whoever the judge/jury find more convincing. I doubt any of them (judge/jury) would know how to apply probability or likelihood to any of the evidence presented. They just use their "common sense", which is just another way of saying "opinion", to determine who they believe more, and it's usually the more articulate side. Just be clear, I'm not saying he isn't guilty, just that I don't know and neither will anyone outside of those involved.
  3. The PF didn't prosecute because the police couldn't provide enough evidence. A civil case is basically a he said/she said situation.
  4. And you can prove that? The police couldn't.
  5. Historically it was spelt both ways. [emoji14] Yes, they die but they never really live.
  6. So what did they decide the answer to the question was?
  7. I think you'll find that he did, in about 620CE.
  8. Maybe it's just that the Clyde fans were willing to accept him and the Raith fans aren't. I would think that there would be a similar response at most clubs, makes you wonder why there wasn't at Clyde.
  9. Maybe so, but my point was that it doesn't mean they are hounding him.
  10. Or maybe just answering questions?
  11. Or, at least, St Mirren before Notts County.
  12. Naw, Boris knows he's guilty, he just claims he isn't.
  13. We know that we were before Notts County, Newcastle and Juventus. Their first teams anyway, because apparently Newcastle's second string wore black and white stripes (actually, it was the second string of one of the 2 sides that merged to form Newcastke United).
  14. Maybe he thinks he's innocent and has nothing to be remorseful about.
  15. Just waiting for antrin to tell us thar bikes hadn't been invented when he was a kid. Or lollipops. Or wood.
  16. Aye, but who started it?
  17. You're just a boy, you'll lorne.
  18. Nah, it's still shit. [emoji1787]
  19. You could just have posted the link. [emoji16]
  20. Exactly, it isn't law. You can't get charged under the Highway Code, you get charged under the RTA. It may include some points of law, but that doesn't make it law.
  21. The main thing to consider is that the Highway Code isn't law, it's the Road Traffic Act that is. The Highway Code is just guidance.
  22. £520 is a lot to pass up on, but not as much as the £780 you could lose. Hard choice. As you say, you've got 2 weeks to decide.
  23. That's the problem with thinking ... when you're not used to it.
  24. ... and get run over by a tonne of metal but die happy knowing that the driver will get the blame and get 6 points and a £250 fine.
