No I didn't. Where do you think an event held by a CIC Community member would be held? It would be in the CIC bar so as you said the CIC would get the money. St Mirren wouldn't get the bar takings, that was my point. They may get some of it or rental but they won't get the bar takings (unless it is their event).

Anyone know how many people will be on the footballing board? How many spaces will be up for grabs in the election and how many will be hand picked? Serious question btw.

Probably be down to RA to make this sort of decision while the fans decide what size of flat screen tv's go above the urinals......

Loads have people have been saying this sort of thing but finding an alternative would be up to the selling consortium, not YulBrynner. Just because he is against the CIC doesn't mean he must put forward a valid alternative. If the CIC wasn't supported then the current BOD would remain in charge until they find an alternative.

Sid, Saintfan does have a point. 700+ fans expected to be paying 120 quid a year to the cic, without them it doesn't happen. Why should the business plan not be available to them? Just like other funders they may want to know that it isn't going to fail after paying their hard earned cash into it.

My concern from day 1 has been what happens if it fails? So far every one has been saying just give it a go, if it fails the shares go back up for sale, no harm done, the club is safe....... My concern is if it goes wrong the shares are up for sale by someone who doesn't give a toss about St Mirren FC, they will go to the highest bidder who may be borrowing from a bank to fund the purchase. Asked this question on the OS Answer from 10000hours If fans lose interest and it fails after a couple of years then there could be problems? If we were to get relegated next season, do you think we would hit the required level of subscribers? I genuinely doubt it. I'm still haven't made my mind up, I want it to work but deep down I am concerned.

Could it be that non pledgers or fns who have yet to decide didn't have an invitation to come and speak to Richard and that is the reason "no-one came to him with a question or a gripe or a criticism or a suggestion"?

Will the fully qualified bar staff be local workers working directly for the club/10000 hours or will they be through an agency or events management company?

That's pretty poor to be honest. Who will be staffing the matchday bar? The Kibble? EDTA - I haven't been to any of the meetings due to work.
