  1. 3-1, can hardly get a minute here.
  2. Villa 1-0 Liverpool, English leagues are all over the place right now. 2-0, goals galore.
  3. A couple of days ago, I sent a big bag of used notes to @div Long John was a great forum member, he's taking a well earned rest. Oh, back on topic, United 1-5 Spurs.
  4. I'm sorry. You do know Goodwin is still our manager, or have you forgot?
  5. If ye like. More smoke(screens) than after a fecking fire in California.
  6. No sure we can achieve that just by teams losing more goals than us.
  7. Nip out the room for a minute, 1-4, what a performance by Spurs.
  8. Jeezo, Martial sent off, United, again, commit suicide, 1-3. 31 mins.
  9. Man Utd 1-2 Spurs, what a start and what a game. Spurs are tearing them apart, could be 4 already. 29 mins.
  10. Aye, we know but the relevant time lag back in March/April showed a massive difference in the resulting deaths we are seeing now. Looks like your in the "wait and see" group.
  11. The only thing that's important is the numbers, not trying to deflect by squabbling about axis on a graph. You should stick to doing what you do best......................... See response below. Oh, the highlighted bit, you do understand irony, or maybe not.
  12. Aye, but not proportionally to the same numbers of cases back in the early days. The graph goes to 1500, the numbers don't. This is the key issue for me, governments are reacting to cases with nothing to suggest these rises will see the rises in the requirements for ICU or the numbers of deaths. I understand your "err on the side of caution" view but we should be looking at further relaxing the current guidelines, not worrying about anything close to a full lockdown, Christmas or anytime.
  13. Aye, I would suggest that he did that as some sort of statement is stretching things to unimaginable lengths.
  14. These numbers are NOT even close to the numbers in March and April. Look at the way the numbers of deaths went in relation to the cases back in the early months? Up to 1500? Obscured? The number of hospitalizations are not obscured, they are not included in these graphs.
  15. Had raised exactly this point in a discussion with some people earlier. The end result, either serious illness or deaths, do not warrant further restrictions. The "wait and see" brigade are ignoring the numbers I posted earlier.
  16. The numbers certainly support this. We are now ABOVE the average number of cases, probably down to more testing, that back in March/April and the fatalities are not even close to the numbers at that point.
