Why though? Sky aren’t showing those games ? It’s just shutting out fans who don’t have a season ticket who would normally pay at the gate. Fans have been shat on here 100%.

Still find it ridiculous there’s no ppv option, or options for away games. It’s a no brainer for more much needed income, massive own goal, hardly surprising though.

It’s been widely reported. but the matches would be no longer available to stream once it is safe to attend games id imagine? So the only way they’d get to see the game live is to attend, obviously vpn is an option but there’s ways for that to be blocked too.

Find it strange that they are planning to cap the amount of viewers and base it on season tickets, should be pay per view, I know loads of folk who patg instead of season tickets who will now miss out, also could lead to groups gathering to watch games since they can’t get access, there’s a good chance of decent revenue from this, yet once again the league makes an arse of it, surely there must be some reasoning for this, why restrict income? Blows my mind 😂

I’m only pointing out that there’s a lot of people in many walks of life, dealt with worse circumstances, I’m sure the players will survive on their current 80 percent, and if they can’t, they’re in the wrong work. the money will go to the clubs to help out with testing and the shortfall of losing gate money, Not straight to players, players will get their agreed wage on their contract unless they’ve agreed wage cuts etc. there’s is much more people at clubs than just players that are more than likely on a lot less than these hard done by players. I think it would be a shame to lose the forum, I know there is a lot of trolling and the like on here but I still think it’s a decent place to discuss st mirren, much better than Facebook anyway! as FS said, a few moderators would help big time, not nazi moderators or ones with an agenda, just people who can keep on top of things when the debates get out of hand. People will have different opinions that’s what forums are about, but when it gets personal then it takes the shine off it. Some posters on here I do think have serious psychological problems but if making 40 diff aliases etc is their thing then let them be, the ignore option is there for a reason. We all have a mutual love for st mirren and that’s all that matters.
