  1. I do agree someone must of seen it, but I know from the core group that’s been going since it started that not one of them know, the core group (who set up the displays, drum, songs etc) are not as big as folk think, maybe about 10/12, not all of them go to every single game either. No idea how many people are in that section during game time but it’s well more than the 10 or 12. The rest aren’t as close, maybe names and that but not enough to protect them not once but twice for rotten behaviour, every group always attracts roasters but at the start everyone loved it, now it’s grown wings and attracted the odd nugget, everyone gets tarred with same brush.
  2. Unfortunately I was sober all weekend but I hope to be in that sort of condition this Saturday
  3. I guess I’m not the only one then eh? Its now tuesday mate, the papers would have picked up on it Saturday night if it was everywhere. Within minutes of the club putting that statement out it was everywhere.
  4. Yes, as I am not a grass. Some people take pleasure out of snitching people, that’s just the way I see things. I’ve never had any help off authority in my life (I won’t get in to it) so I wouldn’t help them. id rather it was sorted without the relevant authorities sticking their nose in. Thats just my personal view. If I knew who it was I’d say I know who it was but unfortunately I don’t, I’m hearing one spit, the club are saying numerous, with coins flung too, who’s telling the truth? I was hit on the head at ibrox a few weeks ago and nothing got done about it, police seen it too, I never make a big hullabaloo either as nothing will get sorted. They wanted me to leave my seat during the game and give them a statement, for what ? Nothing ever gets done.
  5. I’ve read a lot about heavy handed policing over the weekend but not much about that incident, one or two things but nothing at the scale it’s at now. But yeah you’re right if whoever it was never done it in the first place, this shitstorm wouldn’t be happening. I just feel like the club have approached it the total wrong way.
  6. Was hardly anything about it until the club statement mate. Soon as the club put that statement out every news company in the country had it, “st mirren fans spit on unconcious Dundee United fan” if they had read social media and not the statement they wouldn’t have came out with such a ridiculous headline. Another point, Some people need to also realise it’s not like 20 people in that section it’s pretty busy, we pay to watch a game not every other supporter, the security and police are paid to watch the fans. There’s no hiding people, I wish I knew, I wouldn’t stick them in but I tell you this, they wouldn’t be hanging about in my crowd or sitting near me at games. People need to get it out their heads that w7 is some sort of mob cos it’s not !!! If someone had flung something from say w4, would the same blame everyone approach be used ? Exactly.
  7. That’s just big one big assumption, something you seem to dig me on a lot. So you can assume what’s happening with zero knowledge or fact, when I do I’m deterring from the real issue you’re getting as bad as ricky these days Something I always find funny is you are on Gordon’s side so much, make it out as the guys in w7 are dregs of society when your precious chairman is seen in the same nightclubs as these boys on a Saturday night put the straw away for once and get to the real issue of the police being heavy handed especially to young teenagers who are totally innocent. For it being 2019 the police seem to be pretty much clueless and going for the tactic of take everyone’s names and ban them all. Guilty for supporting their team. Sad!
  8. And as stated, the police, stewards and “state of the art” cctv must have temporary blindness!! Stop trying to make it out as if people know who it was and covering up for some wee fud. I know a fair few of the boys involved in that section and nobody seems to know, I don’t want it at our stadium and neither do they. Why employ stewards, and pay for police if they can’t do their job right !! Why are stewards escorting a full family right down the home end when it made perfect sense to let them out the side entrance, it was like setting said idiot up to do these actions!! The statement today was even worse. Shambolic from the club!! National news now when nobody really outside the club was talking about it yesterday. Total own goal!
  9. For everyone giving the cctv excuse... this has aged well https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/local-news/no-hiding-place-football-yobs-2614353?utm_source=whatsapp&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sharebar
  10. That already also happens by police. You seem to spout a lot on here but don’t actually have any facts to back it up either. Did you write that statement from the club? amazing stuff. best comment of the day is the stewards are scared to apprehend anyone or stick them in (which they are paid to do) but fans are cowards for not doing. Your having a mare today bud.
  11. I was once on minimum wage, does that mean I was entitled to not do my job correctly? I thought you where smarter than that.
  12. This. for the countless amounts of stewards watching that part of the ground, why are these stewards and police not noticing these people? Are they cowards too? It is their job to be fair....
  13. I’m not for one condoning any of the actions but to put out statements all on allegations is pathetic. If I seen someone spitting or throwing a coin I’d have a word with them myself. Not a chance that should be happening anywhere in life. A lot of effort has been put into this section for a couple of wee Fannies to ruin it. But theres been far too many allegations and things that don’t add up for me. Also LOADS of exaggeration.
  14. Also allegations are allegations, not facts. You should know that.
  15. I’m not playing the victim I don’t even sit there Hahahaha
  16. Disappointed with that club statement if totally honest. For them to claim there was spitting and coins flung at supporters but at the same time say the cameras couldn’t pick up the culprits. What sense does that make ? Also the thing about facts was rather contradicting when they themselfs don’t have any facts going by what they’ve written above! Shambles. I agree a meeting is much needed. It’s not about 1 persons behaviour it’s about people getting wrongly targeted by police officers. Allegations like this without any evidence make the club look stupid.
  17. Change the record please Richard. This is not about one person.
  18. It was a joke ricky. Non members of w7 also said same joke, have they no responsibility either ? chill out bud.
  19. You do know that he was tweeting it as a joke due to the letter he had got, and cos the team were playing badly and wanted a ban, he got you hook, line and sinker sir others also said they where involved as a joke cos they wanted a ban too, cos the team have been honking
  20. Safe standing couldn’t happen bang middle of a stand unfortunately, it would be unfair on others in seated sections either side in terms of view. Would love safe standing at the stadium but at the moment i think money’s better suited to other areas of the club. Especially the first team budget.
  21. I’m split on this... he seems very tactically enept. But I don’t think chopping and changing managers is the answer either. He seems to have the backing of the squad and a nice likeable guy but that doesn’t get you points on the board unfortunately. Think we all wanted him to do well, but I think this might be a bit over his head if honest. He needs to turn round things quickly as a lot of people’s patience are starting to wear thin. It’s his players now so no excuses. honestly can’t wait to see the back of this season, it’s been grim since the beginning.
  22. Not going to lie, I was freaking out earlier on. Seeing players I thought could do us a turn sign for lesser teams or our rivals. What a difference a few hours can make, although I’ve never seen either of these players I’ll go to bed happy. welcome to the rollerscoater.
