  1. They're only on the South stand roof, so you're ok with that idea.
  2. Anyway, the more unique additions to the stadium the better.
  3. Nice one, sounds brilliant. On the subject of the stadium, as the graphic designer who has contact wit those in authority, can you ask why advertising on the rear wall of the main stand is sold in such an ad hoc manner? It should be sold in blocks of a specific size or multiples thereof. The current adverts are all different heights, no symmetry, no alignment and as a result, no class. It might sound petty but it's the small things that make a place look right.
  4. Yet again you fail to read what was written. Why do you keep mentioning 6 weeks? No one said all will be complete in 6 weeks. The reference to "6 weeks" is the time it takes for legalities to complete once funding is in place. Do keep up.
  5. Verge of tears. Looks like you're running out of rumours to cling on to. Why the constant snide remarks? yet you claim to be genuinly concerned by 10000hrs. Do you have anything constructive to add or is the future of St Mirren all a big joke to you?
  6. The director who oversaw the construction of the new stadium. Formerly of construction contractor Laidlaw Scott.
  7. Multi-tasking? Again you jump to the conclusion that suits your agenda. Breaking news: Firefox, and IE allow you to have several tabs open at once. I've currently got 12 pages on the go.
  8. That, however, is not a valid reason for being anti-10000hours. That is a reason for not wanting to join the cic at this present moment in time. There is a fundamental difference. Everyone has the choice whether to sign up now or wait and see how it pans out, nothing wrong with that. Holding reservations and being anti-10000hours are two totally different concepts.
  9. But you've yet to give a valid reasoning for your stance. What makes you assume that longer timescale = funding bodies not convinced? Do you know the finite details of the process? If so, spill.... As for the community not being convinced, you do not = community. You = one individual opinion. I think the numbers signed up for the scheme tell their own story, especially as you point out, the scheme is at a very early stage. All these people/businesses/organisations who have signed up must see some glimmer of positivity.
  10. Woosh!!!! Of course it f**king would equal 8. Are you Michelle Evans by any chance? You have a strangely similar grip on concepts as Michelle. 'lol' as the kids would say.
  11. I didn't even suggest you were one of them. I said, "yourself and the imaginary 7." If that isn't clear enough, surely you realise that if I was including you in that pose it would have been "yourself and the other imaginary 6" (6 +1 = 7). As you say, duh!
  12. You mean just the way yourself and the imaginary 7 de-railed all the previous meetings? Oh, no, none of you had the bottle to let out a squeak let alone any negative reasoning (except Michelle who seemed not to even understand the concept let alone the detail).
  13. Have you given up on the "take over next week" thread because there were questions you couldn't answer? You've got a habit of disappearing when difficult questions are asked of you. Is it any wonder that others show such little respect towards you?
  14. Firstly, I have given you no abuse, though you probably deserved it, so don't come on here and play the victim card to avoid replying to my valid points. U must appreciate why people are suspicious of your motives, you have 135 negative posts in the CIC section, with only 17 other posts in the whole forum (not to mention the ones posted under the name of Yul) and expect individuals to dance to your tunes. The fact that you expect someone from SMISA to come on to a public forum and explain the workings of the group (for a second night in a row) tells a story in itself. I'll refer you back to my points from last night; if you are a member of SMISA speak to those in positions of authority in private first, if you are not a member the workings of SMISA are no business of yours. Why are you so interested in what they do? Explain why Mr Bell (?) should come on here and explain to us all? Why don't you ask Mr Aitkinson yourself, he has invited you numerous times with an open book approach, yet all you do is give him abuse and slander his reputation. Is it any wonder he hasn't repplied to you recently? Why not pick up the phone or fire off an e-mail? I'd just like to re-iterate a piece of advice I gave you last night, it may go some way to explaining the rather negative reaction you get from what appear to be other "ordinary" fans:-
  15. No nerves, I don't have much (in fact any) time for SMISA, but that is just my opinion. Therefore I don't go round telling them how to operate, or picking out their failings. Like I said, how they operate is none of my business. If indeed you are a member and you come back and tell me you've spoken to those with authority in SMISA and not have a satisfactory response, or genuinely fear that there is something strange going on, then fair enough, I could understand you puting your "story" in the public domain. From the tone of your "story", it doesn't appear you have sought clarification from anyone involved, therefore your "story" appears to be yet another attempt at stirring up trouble. Am I wrong?
  16. You seem to like "stories" rather than facts. SMISA had a vote, their memebers decided to to support the CIC. Unless you are a member, the workings of SMISA are none of your business. If you are a member, take your issues or "stories" up with the appropriate members in a private forum. You don't do yourself any favours with your mischievious posting style.
  17. Says a lot about some of the inhabitants.
  18. I'll take thst as a yes then, don't pretend you don't know who it is at this late stage.
  19. I'm sure it is total coincidence that saintsfan has a total of 10 posts on B&W Amy, 10 posts in the 10000Hours forum, 10 negative posts, 10 posts directly relating to RA's management. I'm sure that saintsfan is a real St Mirren fan and doesn't have a commercial or otherwise interest. Maybe he is genuine, but it certainly comes across as a bit fishy that he has no other interest in St Mirren related issues.
  20. Any reason for adopting that view?
  21. It is the sign of a poor journalist when her personal feelings overtake reporting on a story. By all means express your reservations and demand answers, but stating opinion with no reasoning is not informative or helpful to listeners.
  22. Absolutely Poz. The "St Mirren in the blood" nonsense is pretty small minded but doesn't surprise me. People should be elected on their ability to better the club by legitimate means, nothing else.
