Main problem with Scottish football imo. Kevin Bridges actually hit the nail on the head when he talked about the mental manager standing at the side screaming abuse at the weans. Should be all about technique, fun and learning to control the ball at that age. This "win at all costs" attitude breeds bad behaviours.

The frustrating thing is, I don't think we have bad players. Bad tactics and a negative attitude is costing us dear at the moment. The players must be as frustrated as we are. They need leadership and something new to spur them on. Danny has completely lost the dressing room, never been more evident.

Good first post OP. I always get the impression that DL is desperate to come across as something he's not. When interviewed, he always says the same things. It's often as if he's been playing championship manager and stolen the games script for his interview. The man for the job? Not so sure.
