Thanks to Google, I can now put people at ease: "For those who don't know Boat Jumbles are marine markets where you can buy new and second hand water sports related items at huge discounts off regular retail outlets and online shops." So there you go. It's a posh Golf Sale. I was at Clyde Marina in Ardrossan on Saturday, and there was a banner advertising the boat jumble.
