Tony Fitzpatrick - The best un-capped Scottish player ever. 3. Frank McAvennie - Boyhood hero. 4. Campbell Money - Great servant to the Buds, and the bravest keeper ever. 5. Bloomsbury Bud Posted February 24, 2004 Report Share Posted February 24, 2004 I think there was very little between Scanlon and Weir as players, I'd agree Weir, in skill terms, just shades it. However, Scanlon didn't have fitness problems and had a better scoring record. I always thought the Scalon/Weir deal was good business for us.
