Thanks for your input.   The tickets arrived yesterday in his Hampden app.    The St. Mirren ticket office said that the tickets emailed on the 11th November recommending they be downloaded to the St. Mirren app, which he duly did, was only a confirmation of the purchase.    The ticket office need someone who understands presentation and marketing, and a kick up the bahookie.
