  1. If I were you, I'd seek the assistance of Doctor Sheldon Cooper to ensure a top flag event. bazinga.
  2. 1. A fair post 2. Disco's following post lauds the GB "growth" with no regard to it being based on QE - that will need to be paid for down the line, it's the same as post WWI Deutschland printing increasingly worthless notes.... 3. Who the f**k is Antrim? Sigh....
  3. I think London Saints grew out of Southern Saints, who were the first Buds to set up a Saints internet presence. Ever. London Saints grew quick, I think due to their Facebook page. Doesn't seem to be many comments on it, but there is a settled pub and they let each other know if games are on telly. Turn up or don't..... and there's a simple website, just repeating the stuff mentioned above. the answer looks like - keep it simple and keep it consistent. start it... And they will come.
  4. Buying property that you have no need to live in, in order to let it out is the very thing that has artificially boosted the cost of housing and of rents. You don't give a f**k about poor people, do you?
  5. The eedjit also ignores the continuing shadow it casts on those who have tried to provide for their old age by way of having savings. Or, indeed, on encouraging more people to stick some dosh by for a rainy day. Might as well keep it in a biscuit tin under the bed.
  6. Here's a really good link for checking current rental costs throughout the UK... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-36794222 I checked Merton (Wimbledon) "A one-bedroom property costs about £1,174 a month while a two-bedroom home is about £1,499. a studio flat averages £884 PCM" SK will likely enjoy himself in London. unless he frequents f3k...
  7. There is no such thing as inclement weather. you don't need to wear just a shell suit and plimsolls every month of the year. invest in a Mackintosh. Another great Scottish invention. btw, the Alamo is only roon the corner fae the grun...
  8. Do the midwives of Paisley nowadays, remove all the legs at the same time as they cut the umbilical? It's a perfectly good location. train station nearby, lots of parking and not far from several pubs. A nice wee walk after a pint or two, I've always found. miserable grey dump showing shite fitba when ye get there, but you can't have everything...
  9. As I thought... Methinks thou dost protest too much.
  10. Superficially, that's an ok thing to be passionate about, however... s/he wants to be allowed to join a group of religious nutters who would suppress other people's lifestyles for absolutely no reason whatsoever. and you passionately endorse THAT "brave woman's" wish. there's a logic gap looming there.
  11. Aye. The same danger. wave one of them about and you could easily take someone's eye out.
  12. Hmmm. your own post is also unreasonably and laughably impassioned about the topic. should we, as you do, be reading something into THAT?
  13. Not quite. The polis spokesman that I just heard on the wireless, says it seems to be a mental health issue, but in these early days, it would be unwise to rule out terrorism. storm in a burny teacup, best to let it cool before sipping.
  14. Nowhere. It was a wholly new construct - a new company set up by Charles Green to acquire some of the assets (but not the debts) of the deid club.
  15. Wow. Just - wow. The reason I never leave before a final whistle. ( Including a certain league cup final...)
  16. I really like the look of their No 11. nicky cadden.
  17. It's all about funnelling money to the cash-strapped new club. how many "lucky" home draws is it, that it's had in cup 'draws', now? so they were first through from their really tough group. and have been drawn against Peterheid in the next round. Tough match, luckily at home, as usual. if more money is generated for other participants, that's a side benefit. the only thing you may safely assume, is that those in charge of Scottish fitba have concerns for only one club.
  18. Never mind, shull. The world, in general, grows more mellow. According to another link in that bum wipe rag: http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/14658202.152_new_homes_given_the_green_light_in_Ibrox/?ref=mrb&lp=9 Green lights in ibrox, Jings! Next thing you know, the DEID club will have paid taxes.
  19. Why would I encourage the Daily Retard's advertisers by clicking a link and looking at it online? what is the gist of the article?
  20. Do you mean greengrocers' apostrophes'...?
  21. Since when did plans become so expensive that you had to have fundraisers to just hire a plan? pencil, back o a fag-packet. Bosh!
  22. Sound reasoning. except I have never known anyone to be anti... a BJ
