  1. If anyone does have a spare ticket our group is one short.
  2. Hopefully we get something to cheer about today. Maybe cody will score a hat trick. Top Bin will be faster than a speeding bullet and Ethan will stop everything on the left. Then Goody can say we played well and mean it. See you there. Hopefully smiling after a convincing win.
  3. When did Danny Mullen get the new nickname?????
  4. After what I've seen in the pre-season there is only one line up that will give us 150%. See you all tonight folks
  5. Just saying that if we can't afford to pay for players and can't sell our big signings like Josh Heaton to finance a Marque signing we shouldn't expect too much. The list mentioned may just be the kind of players were stuck with. Then again we could just sign 11 Hladky's. He should have been playing in every position on Sunday. Oh! wait a minute. I think he was . Sorry mate I didn't mean to burst your head but it was either post this pish or check my bank Statement. That might hurt my brain.
  6. Just checked the transfer Market on Google. https://www.transfermarkt.com/ I mean how hard is it for Gus to find a centre half and a left back. Feck they don't list players valued under 750k. Mmmm! can see why Gus is struggling a bit. Maybe he'll need to leave the office or make a few calls. Nah! Googled Free agents who know scottish football that will play for nothing and don't mind getting pumped in the betfred. There you go Gus take your pick. 7. Not at this game and have to rely on all you guys for updates. Not the best of starts by the sounds of things. I wasn't impressed by anyone at the pre season friendlies and hoped it was just a lacklustre approach. Sounds like they're still in pre season mode.
  8. Obviously not in the way you mean but at least the fans were compensated' I think there were about six of us in Belfast for the Rosario match. When our club announced compensation for the fans who paid to go to Coleraine I was up front and admitted I had still went. I fired in my receipts anyway but wasn't holding my breath. I had a great weekend but it wasn't money I would have spent if the Coleraine game hadn't been scheduled. The Club, no doubt with GLS's blessing acknowledged I had a great weekend. Feck we had our photo's taken on the Friday night with half the St Mirren team it would have been hard to deny we hadn't had a great weekend. They refunded 50% of my claim as compensation for the team not playing on Saturday. I have no doubt they gave full refunds to anyone who was out of pocket and never went. So thanks St Mirren and GLS for the gesture. I've ploughed the refund into Buddie vision and I'll treat myself to a few pressies out the club shop with the rest but it's fantastic to see that underneath the politics of the managerial skulduggery they looked after us fans. Well Done GLS.
  9. There's a bar next to the ground called the Ochilview bar. I'll no doubt have to shelter there pre-match as it's fecking peshing it down in North Berwick. What's the weather like down Stirlingshire way. Doesn't look like it'll be a nae jacket, summers night game.
  10. Most of the thread is Shull arguing with his alter-ego's. Here's my bit for care in the community. Schizophrenia. we can help. Call our freephone helpline on 0808 808 3555 to get information, Back on Topic. Train tickets sorted. Wee afternoon out and a pint in Larbert before checking out the trialists and Tony Andreu in action. There are worse ways to spend a Tuesday.
  11. Obviously only getting one side of the story and it all lays the blame at our chairman's door. Realistically what else would you expect.
  12. No but we met his brother and sister and a few of his mates. Everyone was superb and they took care of us. As far as gossip is concerned let's just say commuting wasn't the issue.
  13. He put himself about and was on the ball regularly he was taken down to win the penalty but never had many other chances. He's similar to Jackson but better built
  14. Sitting in Coleraine train station feeling much better than I should after yesterday. We went to the Coleraine FC open day and their chairman sought us out to thank us for coming and spent a good half hour chatting to us in the bar. He was an absolute gentleman. We then took in the Port Stewart v New Buildings game and they looked after us. Their chairman was superb. We had a lot of drink before during and after the game. They got us a couple of taxis to get us back to our hotels and when we tried to pay we were told the chairman had prepaid them. It seems Irish chairman look after the fans. There's a strange concept.
  15. Kellerman hit a long range strike on target but saved. Not much of a game
  16. No names on shirts and wearing last years away kit
  17. Baird and Pepescu on. Kelkerman on. Joe king left back
