You have to remember that his definition of "fact" is, as he admitted himself, just "his opinion". That being the case, he must be aware of it so that means you're wrong there.

Nope, not at all. There won't be a legal requirement every year to isolate if you are sick or possibly just been in contact with someone who is sick.

And what about any shareholders that are isolating? Or qualified first aiders (whose attendance would probably be required) who are isolating? Etc, etc, etc. (That's my Yul Brynner impersonation)

Or you could look at it as even if the Director is isolating, they have no reason not to attend a Zoom AGM and are more likely to be able to be "held to account" - all just swings and roundabouts.

I think the point he is making is that there is a difference between a "Kibble Director" and a "Kibble-appointed SMFC Director". Kibble Directors did "face the fans" at the Glynhill though they obviously weren't Kibble-appointed SMFC Directors at the time.
