Ha ha. I’m only kidding really. In actual fact the stats don’t support the theory. This season Rangers (in the league at least) have had the same number of penalties awarded as Aberdeen and Hearts and only one more than us. Last season 2 teams were awarded more penalties than Rangers. I think there’s potentially more a case to be answered regarding penalties that aren’t given against them.

It’s only a c conspiracy if it might not have happened.

Olusanya the only abject failure I’d say. Jury out to a lesser extent on Taylor. The rest have been excellent.

Think what impressed me most was how comfy the victory was. Once we took the lead I never felt like we were likely to concede. For me it was one of those days when there were no fantastic performances but just lots of really solid performances. Massively impressive professional performance.

Erm I think the only difficulties being experienced here are your two reading difficulties. There was nothing incorrect about what I’ve said. I said we were within touching distance of our best finish ever i.e. 3rd and we are. I’m 57 years old and the 79/80 season was easily the best football related year of my life. Do you seriously think I’d have forgotten that?

The remarkable thing is, were we to win on Saturday, we could be within touching distance of our best finish EVER in the top league. I know it’s still a tall order but the fact that it’s even a possibility at this stage in the season is testament to what a great season we’ve had. I know it’s very much “if ma auntie had baws” but if our away form had been even remotely average this season instead of terrible, where might we be sitting now in the league.

What a f**king awesome performance in every department. I thought half time came at a good time for us and I was fearing the worst a wee bit for the second half, but I can’t actually believe how comfortable it was. The whole team was absolutely brilliant.
