For your 10 grand do you get some sort of commercial package (boards corporate etc) or do you just get a pat on the back and membership card to the 10000 hours social network club?

Be interesting to find out what you would get in return for 10 grand a year.

I'm quite satisfied with the ins and outs of the CIC and what it will mean for St Mirren. There are a lot of positives and not so many negatives (although I'm not convinced they will get the backing of local businesses that they are expecting). If it stops one individual being in control of the club then I'm quite happy. The only unanswered question so far is what's in it for Richard Atkinson and Chris Stewart?

For an accountant you're not the brightest. You can't call another AGM, it is an Annual General Meeting If you are a shareholder you should have a copy of the Articles of Association and Memorandum, the rules for calling an Extraordinary General Meeting will be in there.

I reckon they would do that tomorrow if that offer was on the table. Unfortunately for the 52% the deal is dead as a dodo if the CIC can't get the funding, and I wouldn't be one bit surprised if this happened.
