I was hoping I'd be in that photo, as a founding member of the Jr Supporters, but as there's no "specky, milky bar kid" type visible I guess I wasn't. I remember my membership card was autographed by Alex Wright, Iain Munro and Archie Knox. Great time going to those away games that my Dad didnt want to go to! COYS

Mallan's goal is superb and probably the best I've seen, albeit on video, but some of Ally McLeods in the early 70's were of similar style. Mazy runs and slotting the ball in the corner of the net were typical - particularly in the 4 he scored at Ibrox and I was there for that wonderful night to be a Saints fan! All the best to Buds for 2015 and our Saints Team.

Me too! We played Darlington, Hartlepool and toured Roker Park, meeting Joe Baker if my memory still serves.

A short term Goalie possibility to consider might be Greg Sutton, Canadian International keeper. Just released by Toronto FC due to the strict salary guidelines for all MLS teams. Only 32, approx 6' 5" and certainly experienced enough to do a job in the first team if required, as a back up to Howard.
