But from Carey's position the keeper wouldn't be expecting a shot. I wouldn't say it was a mistake by the keeper but it was definitely saveable had he been positioned better and/or reacted quicker. Good strike nonetheless.

Thought the keeper looked a bit dodgy but at the end of they day he was only at fault for one of the goals (the third) and even then it was a great strike. You don't become the Wales U21 keeper without being talented so let's give him a chance rather than dismiss him as not good enough after one pre season game. Losing four goals to a first division side at home obviously isn't a good sign but it is one of the first times Mcausland and Mcgregor have played together and Mcgregor hasn't played a competive game in nearly a year. That's what pre season is for.

Didn't realise Port Glasgow play in the same league as the team I play for (albeit a division above). Would be great to get to play against the saints! How does the renfrewshire cup work is it open to all teams in renfrewshire at all levels?

Would be a great signing for both parties, we get a great player and he gets first team football in the SPL and some good role models in Thompson/Teale/Goodwin. If he is on 7K a week though even half of that would be steep for us.

First game I've missed and the bibs stroll it.. that doesn't look good for me! Couldn't make it as my team has started back pre season training on a Wednesday so probably won't be available for a wee while. Well done the bibs though!

Could be an idea to get another set of goalie gloves for the bibs, makes a difference having a full time keeper in one team but a pair of gloves could improve the bibs defensive prolems.

Close game last night, we kept it tight at the start and got the lead but then gave away silly goals by not clearing our lines and then went chasing the game and lost a few more. Better performance by the tangerine terrors and I was happy to bag myself a few goals after forgetting my shooting boots last week. Looks like there will be big changes to the teams next week.

You need to run between the cones before the beep and the beeps get closer and closer together as you get more tired.. It's murder!
