  1. Just re watched yesterday's goals. All good efforts. The more I watch Stavs the more impressed I get. On his debut and you got the feeling that as soon as he got the ball on both occasions he had planned where that ball was going and cool enough to execute it. I don't think Brophy, Watt or Main would have scored those.
  2. Going to be a tough away game. Saw enough yesterday to suggest we will be fine. Use our height get crosses in and an early goal please to calm nerves! 2 nil saints.
  3. My understanding is the mystery striker is a short term deal.
  4. A front three of McMeniman, Nahmani and Ayunga. Yes please.
  5. I'm looking forward to getting Ayunga back and seeing Nahmani and him play together. The ability of Ayunga to bully defences and get the ball to Stav in space could be a good combination for us with Grieve and Mandron as back up and alternative options.
  6. Enjoyable start to the competitive season at home. Criticism last season was that we never killed games off, certainly not a problem today. O'Hara is a great leader in midfield and Strain was outstanding. Mandaron looked a handful with Strains crosses and Stav Mahani looked like a cool finisher. To show that composure on a debut no matter the opposition at his age is a good omen. Looking forward to the Forfar game already.
  7. Looking ligt up front today. Also would have preferred Declan Gallagher over Dunne in defence. Still I'm hopeful of a win today.
  8. That is the million dollar question. If kibble are funding this then surely that needs to be declared and signed off with Kibble being the claimant against Wardrap. If not and it's the the two directors it needs to come from their pocket.
  9. Were you there ? It was horrific, and always is horrific when the old firm are in town.
  10. Just shows you how police standards have slipped when in 2008 police investigated this yet in 2022 they don't investigate the clear sectarian singing at the game during the minutes applause at the death of the queen.
  11. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12892907/transfer-news-scottish-premiership-summer-transfer-window-2023-ins-and-outs The only team that seem to have strengthened on last season is Aberdeen when I look at transfer dealings. Dundee have had a busy window but all lower end of the budget as well. Even the ugly sisters seem to be going backward. I don't think the money is there for any club. Again I see it being a very tight league from 3rd (Celtic, Rangers and Aberdeen) down to 10th. I suspect Livi and Dundee will really struggle. Let's see who we get in as 8 goals more than last season makes a huge difference in this league.
  12. Last season I really enjoyed my season ticket mostly highs, mixed with some lows. But ultimately the best season I have seen and felt like I got more than good value for season ticket. Getting back on topic SR is right in what he's saying it's the final third that let us down and we need to got the target more. He is trying to address this now. We have signed a creative looking player in McMeniman and hopefully the powerful striker he's added will do a job. How many games last season did we hold on to when we should have been doubling our lead and not limping home with a one goal win. If we can make the SMISA the fortress it was last season and add a few goals to avoid the silly dropped points like the St Johnstone game we will do well.
  13. Defamation laws are actually there to defend free speech. There needs to be a consequence of spreading false information or there would be misinformation and slanderous accusations everywhere. This legal challenge will look at all facts and determine if Alan has said anything out of turn and if so will have consequences. If not he will be fine and the directors will likely end up shelling out legal costs.
  14. Just watched a Sky interview with the gaffer. Connor is carrying a knock to his foot "may" be ready for Saturday or back Monday. Another blow up front.
  15. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/in-your-area/renfrewshire/stephen-robinson-opens-up-tough-30515081 Looks like a deals done for a forward and a lot of the young squad will be loaned out.
  16. I'm pretty grown up I managed to get a ticket. Not so sure your a grown up though. Not entirely sure why my query deemed that response I'm assuming that you must have a micro penis and are overly compensating.
  17. I bet the c**t would give 3 stands to Celtic.
  18. I would rather rip out my pubes with tweezers than see NL anywhere near our club as director of football. The dynamic with Robo would be all over the place and the fact we can hardly afford any coaches kind of blows this out the water.
  19. That will be like a new signing in itself.
  20. Surely having a lot of the infrastructure in place already would reduce our outlay? The CGF advised Victoria against the model they chose to host as it would add extra cost to the usual budget.
  21. The picture of Alan in a St Mirren top is a reminder that a grown man with a belly should not wear a football shirt. Can't help but think this is all handbags at 50 paces that has spiraled out of control and will hit Alan hard in the pocket.
  22. This could come down to goal difference. We need to win all three games and if Forfar were to win the other two not against us three single goal wins would not top the group. Got to go for it on Saturday and turn that goal difference closer to Forfars.
  23. Do we know when Ayunga will be fit again?
