Getting a ticket in exchange for work would be classed as a "benefit in kind" and therefore remove the person from the volunteer category so they would be entitled to minimum wage. You cannot volunteer normally to work for a ltd company only a charity or a statutory body IIRC

Gordon as majority shareholder in the meantime has to shoulder the bulk of the responsibility for running and financing the club should it be required. What i would like to know is as the money comes in monthly are shares bought from Gordon every month or in quarterly periods or is it a big bang at the end of 10 years. What is the shareholders agreement between GLS and SMISA?

It is not really that much more than fans bid...certainly not enough IMHO to make the consortium change direction. Remember a good proportion to that 300k buys GLS shares.
