The Dordogne and Lot Valley, South Western France. Only been to the USA once - to Houston, Texas - was interesting, but wouldn't call it a holiday destination - the USA is just such a feckin *weird* place altogether. South Eastern Turkey was very nice., and I love the highlands and islands of Scotland (of course). Places I've not been to but want to visit : Iceland Australia New Zealand Peru Russia India. One of my lottery winner fantasies if I get the six numbers is to buy a comfortable car, then just to take as much time as I need to explore the whole of the UK, rolling into town and stopping overnight at the best hotel, regardless of expense. The idea is to go wherever you feel like it, to see as much as possible of the unusual, the beautiful and even the ugly, to meet people, and so forth, without any particular plan or itinerary. Prague. Cheap and gorgeous. 3. Noo Yawk. Well, I have to, really. 4. Amsterdam. Prostitues like you wouldn't believe! Plus loadsa hash and loads beer in some lovely architecture. F*ck all that Majorca pish. 5. Cornwall. Great place to get drunk and have sex when you're 15. So I'm told. Others worth a mention:- South Africa - beautiful & wild but a bit mental; Munich - You wanna beer festival? You've come to the right place!
