Isle Of Bute Saint
Having attended various small festivals in Scotland and England can say Bute Fest is one of the best organised wee festivals I have attended. Craft beers , Champagne wine bar , various hot food , chill out garden , Night fire , lots going on for kids. Best of all a brilliant line up. Cant wait. http://www.butefest.co.uk/2016-line-up/ Edited July 25, 2016 by Isle Of Bute Saint
FTOF
Make sure and see The Rezillos. I saw them a couple of years ago and they were excellent. Other than Lemonhaze and the headline bands, I don't think I've heard of any of the others.

Skerryvore are tremendous.Favourite line from one of their songs is "you may never hear their voice again but you,ll always see their smile" Anyone remotely close to me will understand what that means to me. The Magic Numbers were really good at the Quay Sessions. For something different, check out a young NY artist called Calum Ingram.A cello player one man tour de force. Heard him do one track at an open mic slot last night and thought he was well worth checking out.Apparantly he is launching his new ep at Butefest... although no idea where he is throwing it to!Sent from my LG-H815 using Black & White Army mobile app
