saintnextlifetime
Although Lucky was involved in the incident that brought the scandal to light , he certainly did well to go under the radar , mainly and live to a ripe old age . Stephen Ward was less fortunate and it has often felt that he was a victim of a miscarriage of justice which has led to calls for the case to be reopened , the latest call being in 2014. . Interesting that Keeler maintained that Ward was a Soviet asset. That's real tin foil hat territory for some people . .
zurich_allan
Dusty Springfield and the Pet Shop Boys with, bizarrely, a song about the Profumo affair. From the film 'Scandal', starring John Hurt as Ward. A really well made dramatisation.
