It's a bit odd the biggest income generator section of the site (I would've thought!) offers such a poor experience. The website is generally very good, it's a shame the ticketing side of things reflects badly on the club. The content guys must find it really frustrating too to be unfairly associated with it! Yeah it's very frustrating for me personally as it's my business that's associated with the official site, and I'm sure some folk think the ticketing site is ours too!
