Well written and good outcome for fans. One thing that strikes me is that it says they were just enforcing the rules that already existed. Due to the small numbers involved here, could  private correspondence not have been had with those affected before enforcing the rules? I'm not one to criticise unfairly but I do feel that we are again being displayed negatively when common sense might have prevented this.
