  1. There's nothing funny about this site anymore - @oaksofts already chased one person off the site IOBS and I'm close to following him.
  2. Crass & irrelevant attempt at deflecting your previous sociopathic comments, still at least we should be grateful you haven't resorted to telling lies again. PS - I'm not afraid to walk alone when I know I'm correct. 😄 Apologies for missing your comment but he's repeated it since (& most likely said it before too) so I feel entitled to use it.
  3. There were a number of dubious crowd declarations that season - the one for Morton in the Challenge Cup Semi was so bad the club eventually issued a revised figure!
  4. Ah, the self declared "most intelligent guy" on the forum... Is this the mass hysteria you were talking about last October when you were declaring 50 deaths a day acceptable and arguing against tightening restrictions? Yet another crass and sociopathic comment. How many people have died prematurely because of BJ pandering to gammonistas like you?
  5. Just back from a combined exercise (walked there & back) & shopping trip & was amused to see the polis at the next till blag two bags for life without paying - obviously crime pays. On my trip through the car repair & building trade shops that were closed during Lockdown1 it's hard to see the transmission rate coming down as quickly this time although hopefully the number of death recorded starts to fall soon - with vaccination arriving at one end and herd immunity at the other maybe we'll be out of the pandemic by Spring 22.
  6. What I remember most about that kerfuffle was every Spartans representative shoehorning "We don't want St. Mirren expelled from the tournament" when speaking to the media - not much they didn't!
  7. Now that he's dead yeah, he had mental health issues and as I've already said being a rich white man he was enabled to continue with his criminal behaviour for decades, and his eventual punishment was way too late - but last word on this issue I wouldn't want to be a sociopath like you. Harvey Philip Spector - RIP
  8. Surprised you believe in hell. I can feel sympathy both for his victims and the man himself, perhaps if we didn't live in a system where rich white men are allowed to be "eccentric" then some of his later felonies would've been prevented - as I say RIP.
  9. He was a keen Saints fan - back in the 70s he often used to start up the chorus for Under The Moon Of Love unfortunately incarceration prevented him from making it to our new ground...
  10. Anyway goodbye too one of the craziest dudes in rock'n'roll history - RIP
  11. One thing I've always wondered about that song, Bobby Righteous sings but how does he know unless he keeps his eyes open, so doesn't that mean he's lost that lovin' feelin' too?
  12. I Imagine his spectre will be singing that Unchained Melody on The Long and Winding Road...
  13. Is this not one of those myths, did some checking - St. Mirren Park is 115 x 74 yards whereas Hampden is 115 x 75 - is one extra yard significant?
  14. Thank fuck for that equalizer - hope Well hang on for a draw now.
  15. We got a couple of targets in and moved one on early doors like ALBIONSAINT would imagine this is the lull before deadline day fever sets in.
  16. Reading's not a middle class activity Cap'n - once again you've let your mask slip.
  17. If footballers are being asked to limit contact when celebrating goals how long will it be till the same people notice scrums in rugby?
  18. Just watched a fascinating and moving documentary about Jimmy Carter - The Rock and Roll President. Today 9pm - 11pm Sky Arts See Repeats
  19. I don't think there's much between any of the bottom eight clubs and in any given H2H the team who scores first rarely loses - there's gonna be a lot of six pointers between now and the end of the season. It was less than two months ago that Holt resigned after we beat them saying he didn't think he could take them forward, in fact only having watched them when they play us I can't see how why they are comfortably above us in the Table. Moving onto the cup I expect a tough game next Sunday (I checked ) but I don't feel we're going into it as underdogs and if we play to the top of our form (always a big if) I feel we'll win
  20. Not all REAL writers, Tolstoy didn't like Shakespeare - he particularly disliked Lear! Apart from the beauty of Shakespeare's language (perhaps Chekov could have done with better translators?) he is a wonderfully chaotic writer who eclipses Chekov's textual rigidity with the anarchy in many of his plays, who can top "Exit, pursued by a bear."? ***************** Listen to wur ain David Tennant's take on the infamous stage direction... BBC Radio 4 - Just a Minute, Series 71, Episode 1, Just a Minute, David Tennant
  21. Pants on fire, you made the post immediately below it where you said "Never have been interested in Shakespeare"! 🔥
  22. Disappointing result today but yeah that's the way I'm looking at it - one small positive is that by keeping the scoreline down we're still above the Fakes in the Table. Hope Quaner's injury isn't serious.
