  1. We need stability, but we also need transparency. If folk are donating their money to the club, and are effectively owners of it, then they need to know what is going on behind the scenes, i.e. what decisions are being made and why.
  2. Selling slowly now, so I doubt we will ask for any more. Still ~1,100 fans is brilliant.
  3. I would like it to be 100% owned by the fans, but by NOT contributing to SMISA you're hardly helping avhieve that goal. For £12 a month I am delighted to help and hopefully we'll achieve the goal eventually.
  4. I imagine they will go quite fast. Lots of hungover people or folk wanting a long lie today, I'd expect, given it's a bank holiday.
  5. Thank you, pal. As @Maboza has pointed out, it seems that different info is available on the phone. Anyway, the extra 350 tickets are on sale now.
  6. I agree. I personally hate the idea of 'B teams' in the football pyramid. It's the thin end of the wedge and will likely eventually result in them progressing up the pyramid. Imagine a scenario where the 4 B teams finish top of the Conference consistently over several seasons, the argument will be that they need to move up a level.
  7. I sincerely hope not. I like to think our club stays neutral on political issues...let's leave the pro/anti Monarchy stuff to the Old Firm.
  8. I don't think you've upset anybody. I'm literally wondering the same as you. I think @Cookie Monster was being jovially flippant, and then sought to help, but hasn't actually been able to answer the question, either.
  9. Thanks for trying, pal. It actually doesn't answer the question of Monday's opening hours, though! Also, where did you get that from? I would like to bookmark it. Clicking on the 'Tickets' tab just takes me to the online sales. None of the other options look likely to yield results. Thank you.
  10. I looked earlier and frustratingly only found the ticket office opening hours for 30th May 2022.* If you have a link, why not help @guinness out and post it? In fact you will be helping me out too, as I will have to travel from the East End to get a ticket. Can anybody else help us out? Guinness, as the club seem to be taking delivery of the tickets I would assume it would be open. BUT, I totally agree that if you don't live locally it's not a good idea to make assumptions. *https://www.stmirren.com/fans-news/4452-stadium-ticket-office-opening-times-update
  11. ETA: Estimating that we have been given three sections, or perhaps two upper tier and two lower tier sections? Last time I was there, when Shaughnessy scored a headed equaliser about six minutes from time, we had two sections, I think. Anyway, the tickets on sale on Monday will go like hot cakes.
  12. I've already stated I would be happy with a draw. We're certainly capable of winning, but our away form hasn't been great over the season, so I certainly don't expect a win.
  13. Phew, for a second there I genuinely thought it was Sadowitz you were referring to when I saw what you'd posted on the main page.
  14. I was informed I had successfully purchased a season ticket for the 21/22 season!
  15. Tickets available online now: https://www.stmirren.com/away-matchday-information/4919-ticket-info-hibernian-v-st-mirren-6th-may We've only been given 1,000, which doesn't seem like a lot.
  16. I try to cover all eventualities...I reckon we could win, but we could lose, and I suspect we could draw, also!
  17. Tempted to go through to Edinburgh for this one. We should take a decent following. I really hate to predict how we'll do there. We're capable of getting something. I would actually be happy with a point.
  18. At the risk of being considered a spam merchant, give there are two threads discussing the same thing, I will repost what I have just written in the other thread here: Hibs away is a MUST NOT LOSE game. They have the advantage being at home, too. Obviously all the fixtures will be difficult, I mean Aberdeen have won eight in a row and are looking very good right now. Celtic Park is an unlikely place to get points. Can lightning strike twice and we get something from Rangers at home? Otherwise it's a case of going to Tynecastle for something. I desperately want European football, but this is not going to be easy at all.

  20. If we finish 5th and ICT or Falkirk beat the Ugly Sisters, we will not qualify for Europe. If we finish 5th, we'll surely all be supporting whichever Sister gets to the final?
  21. Third spot would be amazing, but realistically it's a lot to ask to make up a six point gap, let alone nine points. So really an Aberdeen win won't make much difference. Remember we will have two games against the Old Firm. I think 4th spot is achievable, but even that will be a big ask. I'd be delighted with 5th place. What are the chances ICT or Falkirk win the cup if we do finish 5th? 🤨
  22. I was there. The performance was disappointing, indeed. We were terrible, and once we went down to ten men that was the game finished. However, we're in the top six, and hopefully this is just a blip.
