  1. Soon for the manager interviewson sky, can't wait to see it. Who is he going to blame this time??? Obviously not his fault at all for piss poor management style.
  2. Surely to God get rid of Robinson now. We will be in championship next season with this guy in charge. Come on board we have got 5 games to save premier league status.
  3. Caught ball watching again. Not being funny but that is basic, basic stuff we aren't getting right.
  4. It's a line up that I would imagine should get something from match. Maybe the pressure being off pushing for a top 6 place might help. Quick point from yesterday. When going home from workington game had radio Scotland on when top places were finalised and trying not to be disrespectful but when Ross County are beating us to it THEN all at our club need to have a good long hard look at themselves whether it be players, coaches, manager, even higher ups. Ross County Ffs.
  5. Jeez don't you be setting someone off again🙄🙄🙄😂😂😂
  6. 'Joined in'. Really, jesus christ😟 Like being back at school. Read what I posted. It was trying to break the stupid sniping by some daft humour.
  7. Whatever your obsession is with certain people on here is do me a favour and keep me out of it. On here for me anyway it's a bit of humour, some good criac and really nothing too serious.
  8. And I've been on sellafield shifts all week too so probably a bit frazzled too😂😂
  9. I couldn't help myself with this one.............. Fort william 5 Brechin 0 3pm today Been out in the sun already and it's got to me😂😂😂😂
  10. To be honest if anyone really thinks differently they must be on drugs. Haven't heard scudding for years, cheers for that one. Going to use it more down here just to see the confusion on cumbrian faces🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍
  11. A lot of good points there. On the manufacturing point and traditional trades disappearing I had posted a while ago about the big push in West cumbria for these to get going again with quite a few training establishments sponsored by main employers involved, something which myself and @faraway saint discussed. Sadly it took about 30 years to realise this was going to be a problem now we are playing catch up.
  12. Could add bus companies into your first part 🙄 Sadly the scheme i would imagine was quite frankly abused by some companies who as soon as it was scaled down, folded leaving employees whose jobs were meant to be protected by the scheme out of work. May have been the case anyway prior to covid but were quite happy for someone else to pick up their wage bill.
  13. Agree with that but what doesn't help the UK is that we don't really have our own manufacturing industries, meaning UK owned, etc which would help the economy. Unfortunately a lot of it is owned by non UK countries who will manufacture in their own countries to rebuild their own economies as anyone would expect. Just an opinion.
  14. Maybe in his own mind he thinks he is more cloughie when at Leeds. Big difference cloughie was top manager. The damned St Mirren............
  15. Or changing room. Or whatever you want to call it.
  16. I can see your point BUT he has lost the dressing room already.
  17. If he was going to do this then surely once we were safe from playoff place would have been time to do it. Or keep it 'in house' and not go public like anyone with ANY professional ability would do not just in football but indeed any form of employment. We are in BIG BIG trouble with this guy in charge, Davidson has got his troops up for the battle again at the business end of the season and has a knack of catching us and bypassing us too.
  18. Not long back after a good family day out, didn't know score etc BUT checked the post match interview. Beyond honking managerial appointment. Why oh why is it when we actually get a bit of money we can't wait to squander it on horrific decisions. I refer also to the Ian Ferguson money. Right I'm going to put a comparison again this week between Robinson and Simpson at carlisle after today's match. Bear in mind both managers have had to work with what they took over and also players out of contract, etc at end of season. Have a look at both post match interviews then its glaringly obvious who can get the best out of what they have. Finally no matter what industry anyone works in but if you have a manager that tells you, you have no future there are you really going to go the extra mile for that manager................
  19. Nothing wrong with the 'lived in" physique. Bet that defender didn't enjoy his afternoon having to cope with veteran Yardley.
  20. For me he doesn’t seem to be a particularly good team player. More likely to have a wild attempt than possibly lay it off for another who may be in a far better position to score.
  21. I did until I had a heavy night on it when I was about 18 🤢🤢 Even the smell of it now and I'm nearly 50 makes me 🤢🤢🤢🤢
  22. Like you said justifying jobs and printing off things to prove. We have one in our place that ticks off the same things every week. BUT at least you got to enjoy the garden room.. AND, see i don't post shite all the time🙂
