I don’t entirely rule it out but this would need 30% improvement from all the team. We’ll see how we get on this Saturday... we need to start winning soon or it will be the usual battle.
Ok I’ll explain my post a little more... at this point we’ve suffered narrow defeats, some of them should/could have been draws. Nothing mythical about it... we’re not far away from turning these results to victories... but then I’m sure you knew what I meant[emoji849]
I've seen signs of us being a good team but that's on the assumption that as the players improve as a team then hopefully the performances will follow.
Let's not forget that 2 windows in a row we've brought in a lot of players. The squad hasn't really been settled for any length of time, Goodwin signing players on longer deals will hopefully change that trend and we'll only need to tweak the squad a little in the next window. I don't think we're far away from changing draws and narrow defeats into wins but we'll see how do this Saturday, still too early to panic or write anyone off.
I agreed with his assessment too, we gave their players too long to swing dangerous crosses in, the full back or midfielder on that side should have been better at stopping these crosses coming in, we really need to work on that.
I thought we were crying out for Mullen to come on yesterday, i like the other two strikers but they are too similar they like to come short and hold the ball up we needed someone to run on to balls over the top now and again.
I hope Goodwin tells Kirk Broadfoot to watch where the ball is instead of staring at whoever he is marking at corners or set pieces , it didn't work yesterday.
Don’t like the away strip either. Shouldn’t affect them on the pitch though. Why we weren’t playing in our stripes when they play in dark blue is beyond me...
The strikers are good players but they always come short we need someone to make runs in behind the defence. They had two real chances and scored both. At the moment we are not clinical enough. I’d like to see the offside goal again couldn’t tell from where I was standing.
The thing is surely a superfan would have been to Dingwall already? So a wee bit of a contradiction on the part of Gstring. A superfan would surely attend every single away game? Again i'll be honest...i don't.
