Decent second half from us but never really thought we would get anything out of it. Tough competitive league. Seems no time since Hibs and us were battling it out in the Championship. They are a bigger club and have moved on, we always take one step forward then two back for some reason. Need to give OK time and hope for the best but will be a hard season, again.

Thought Flynn was poor yet again, apart from great defensive block late on. Not good enough recently sadly.

Might try big Cole at left back for this one, seems that is where he started his career. Paul McGinn back to right back . Unsure of midfield but hope McGennis can pick up his Scotland form and deliver a performance on big stage. Centre defence remains a worry as does striker. Concerned about Forrest for them, hope we can keep him quiet. Wish all us Buddies have a night to remember.

Not overly concerned if we lose but hope to see signs of improvement from the Stubbs era. Both new and experienced players need to perform better. Good luck to OK.

Bad day to be a Saint. Not sure where to start on player performances today but Flynn was right up there, he was rank rotten and far from alone. Management team and us fans were the biggest losers. Typical St Mirren. Only we can crash and burn so quickly from what was a great last season. Any remaining feelgood factor has been banished, very similar to what happened when we last won the cup, Heroes to shambles in no time at all. Tough times ahead sadly.

Lot of Saints/Livvy/Miller chat on Sportsound there. Not sure anything new but worth a listen on iPlayer.
