There is more to running a professional football club in the 21st century than getting a squad of dopey players on the park. Our clubs official website is a cobbled together Wordpress effort that has not been redesigned for at least six years and clearly fan/customer communication is a major issue. There are issues with the stadium, PA system, branding, disabled access, general fan engagement, etc. We need to think of the bigger issues of fan involvement, stadium improvements, social media, etc to take the club forward. Current BOD are not up to it. Think people within the fan base could do a better job.

Sorry but I am also in the camp of finding these BOD communications (and corrections/clarifications) both condescending and patronising, Hate the often used standard line 'but that could be another player for next season". Such short term thinking. What like Ball, Marwood and all the other duff players we have signed in recent times? Think the Board have lost touch and should leave. As they can't sell it, just give it away to a fans trust or similar.

The walk to/from Paisley Town Centre to stadium is depressing right enough. Could we as a club to anything to improve it? Create some kind of 'St Mirren Way' from Gilmour Street to ground? Few flags, branding, posters? Dunno, maybe no one gives enough of one.

Obvious answer. Put a winning/strong/challenging team on park. If we could do a top six Premiership team like our giant rivals Hamilton/Ross C/Inverness/St J etc we could get back to 5K home supports. Big difference from the 2,500 home fans from last few games at GHR.
