  1. Can clearly see in slow mo reply If you watch the Alloa defender left shoulder is furthest forward as he faces up Lyons as they get closer he moves his right side into Lyons trying to obstruct him.
  2. There is contact as the Alloa defender steps into his path it’s a foul as brad does not have to make an attempt to run around the defender when the defender has already made a move to block his path. Does he fall down too easy absolutely but it’s still a foul for obstruction therefore not a yellow for diving. What causes players to go down when probably about 70% of the time the can stay on there feet is the refs then don’t give the fouls. There were loads of incidents yesterday from both defences when the slightest of touch they fall down and it’s an easy foul for the ref to give as its away at the oppositions goal. Simone got booked just after one for throwing his arm up in disgust at the foul being given but no yellow for the defender for going down too easy. I think Ethan done the same for us at the back went down very easy to win a foul no booking for him going down too easy.
  3. Never a dive clear contact from the very brief highlights it’s a absolute joke how long the Celtic v airdrie game got compared to ours 5 goals and a red card.
  4. Personally I think the improvement from every player in an attacking sense is when Kyle came on that attacking minded player willing to take people on play 1 2s and look to try create something made all the difference. Any striker would struggle with the line up and formation we started with which just got a lot worse with Lyons getting sent off.
  5. Terrific come back Mcallister made a huge difference linking up the play a lot better and the winner was brilliant. Was liking the look of Lyons till he got sent off which looked a crazy decision from the ref was pretty sure there was contact. A left back another winger and another striker i think should be high on our priorities.
  6. Very strange only 4 subs no youngsters available? Seeing the starting line up aswell I would have thought Mcallister should be starting only player in the team with a bit of pace and add width to the team. Badly need to sort that out this window aswell.
  7. It is a load of pish Just look at our league cup win to prove it’s a pile of pish. We have signed tons of permanent players who have been rotten.
  8. Every club with no money to buy players will be picking over the bones in the January transfer window majority of footballers contracts run out in the summer window. You have no idea what targets or even how many were lined up and targets will change throughout January for several reasons players might not even become available till late on in January.
  9. Lord pityme making a James blunt of himself as usual no surprise. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] “Definition of 'unless' unless (ʌnles ) conjunction You use unless to introduce the only circumstances in which an event you are mentioning will not take place or in which a statement you are making is not true. “
  10. You mentioned Stubbs was right to get shot of cammy I mentioned why he wasn’t right to get shot of him. Is that easier to understand I’ve explained in the previous reply why he wouldn’t have been right to got shot of cammy due to his recruitment record for us.
  11. There is a few that have performed well in games most recently I think the McGinns have been great. Where as cammy every time he’s had the opportunity has struggled at this level imo. Maybe another year or two in the championship with one of the bigger teams will help him.
  12. Think you will find it is relevant because any manager will be wrong to replace any player with someone that isn’t as good. Just like Oran will be wrong if he brings in a replacement that ends up playing for the reserves every week
  13. Alan Stubbs would have tried to swap him for a striker from Weston super mare fc
  14. Cammy has completely failed to make the step up in quality this year pretty much the same as last year when ever we faced premiership teams. OK has got it completely spot on imo moving him on and getting a fee for a player that would struggle to get much more game time this year going by his performances this year then move on at the end of the season for free. Might be a great player in an attacking side winning most weeks in the championship but appeared to not have the fight in him for a relegation dog fight by taking the huff.
  15. Best for cammy and the club that he moves on and we got a fee for him. He’s struggled to make any sort of impact this year against better opposition and was even the same last year when we faced higher quality teams. Don’t think he wanted to be here anymore either and would have been offski in the summer for nothing.
  16. Well even if they are only paying some of his wages then yes it’s saving us money. But yet again your just completely guessing to who is paying what as you have no clue. Just always like to play the c**t
  17. As soon as I see a “source” I cringe . People acting like they are an itk reporter
  18. A good start to the rebuilding. Hope he stays fit and can bang in a few free kicks for us
  19. They carry on like they have they will have gained more points than 2 part time teams combined got last year. Above two teams like partick and Falkirk who have much bigger budgets. He’s doing a fantastic job at Alloa.
  20. No you didn’t...need to replace rather with extremely
  21. Strange post. So you are a cammy smith supporter and not a St Mirren supporter.
