It would seem to me that the only person getting wound up is your good self. The "Yes" campaign know fine well that it is huge gamble to vote for independence. However, what we in Scotland have at the moment isn't what the "Yes" campaign think works best for the country. I know I'm right about the current SNP silence, as I've spoken to someone heavily involved in the "Yes" campaign, who incidentally isn't an SNP supporter, and there are plenty of that particular ilk of "Yes" supporter. They didn't plan it this way, but they've adapted to circumstances that they could only dream of coming to pass as they didn't think BT would be so short sighted and so negative. Of course a lot of the Independence plans involve unknowns, but for me, so are much of the UK Governments London centric, future plans. Who would have thought a "Bedroom tax" would ever have come to fruition? The BT campaign has been viciously negative and has largely written off the Scots as a nation at almost every opportunity. The UK Government's bluff has been called several times and they've failed to offer a realistic explanation as to why they've lied to everyone. Like it or not, this type of attitude has increased the feeling for Independence amongst the Scottish population. Whether these people have the conviction to vote "Yes" when the day eventually comes, we'll have to wait and see. What has happened is that the smug assertion that it would be a walkover for the "No" vote, has left some people with egg on their face. I've never been involved in politics and my decision isn't entirely based on political ideologies. My decision is based on what I perceive as poor running of our country by a UK government that does not have our best interests at heart. It won't be easy and I'll have to make some sacrifices, but in the end I believe Scotland will be better off in the long term, if we show some belief in ourselves. I would also add that I don't agree with every SNP policy that exists and I'm not entirely happy with the Scottish Government's decisions. In the event of a "Yes" vote, at least we can take full responsibility for our actions and try to rectify the situation.

I suppose that may well be the case. It doesn't say he's been "offered" a contract, but that he has "got" a contract extension and that the "new deal has been triggered", as a result of his signing last year's contract extension. It also doesn't mention any "options" linked to the contract. Although to be fair, the text of the article is a combination of PDE journalism and quotes from DL, so maybe we shouldn't expect it to make much sense.

Indeed. Scaremongering. Why else would anyone post such statements with no proof to back them up? The SNP are staying quiet at present, because BT are doing a fine job in garnering more votes for the "Yes" campaign. Where's the need to speak out in favour 5 months before the event, especially given the aforementioned own goals that BT are currently scoring daily. The SNP are pissing themselves at the complete ineptness of BT and their supporters, as nothing positive ever comes from their press releases. Instead, Mr.Salmond is talking about partnerships and working with other nations. Meanwhile, the UK government continue to alienate themselves from Europe, threaten countries that don't do what they're told and foster untruths. You really, really should check your posts before you press the button. Maybe it's your rage affecting the quality of your posts, because the truth hurts, but you really should calm down.

Even though Magennis was pretty honking when he came on the park on Saturday, he actually caused more problems for the Well defence. He's not very good at winning headers, struggles to retain the ball and doesn't seem blessed with goals, but strangely enough he has nuisance value, as he has a physical presence and has a wee bit of pace. Taylor certainly started off well and is a signing that I think might have gelled with Thommo,or at least provided a back up scoring option. However, what we really need is for our midfielders and defenders to start sticking the ball in the opposition's net.

If whoever is in charge next season can actually sign competent back up/support, then it will make his job a lot easier. Someone in the mould of MaGennis, but who can score some goals and pass the ball to his team mates.

Will it ever end? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-26939252 Project Fear are going into overload this week.

According to today's PDE, Thommohawk has played the 25 games that triggers a clause that makes him a Saints player for another year.

I'm in no way supporting DL, as I believe most of his signings this season have been poor. However, Iwelumo has spent all of his time on the subs bench and has yet to score. Taylor played on Saturday as if he couldn't give a f**k and hasn't scored in the last six games.

More believable than the real speech.

Put him on ignore. It equates to sending an attention seeking 5 year old to their bedroom.

If spotting the glaringly obvious lack of a quality CH is all that it takes to be a successful manager, then I'm sure I'll have plenty of competition for the job. FFS, even Lennon has started castigating the defence in public for throwing away goals.

I left after 38 minutes, just after the green bigots scored their 4th goal, in our 5-0 pumping by the Green Bigots last season. I didn't miss anything pleasant. I also remember leaving at half time in possibly in the 1987/88 season when again, we were getting thrashed by the green bigots. Although, to be fair, it was probably more to do with the allure of getting pished in Corkers, than the thrashing we were getting.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-26933998 When will they learn? The only word missing is "Armageddon", © SPL. Reeks of desperation. Still, another load of votes secured for the "Yes" campaign. As for this statement; Not that there's any actual evidence for this, but really, who gives a f**k whether the Americans are "worried"?

Try about the last 8 seasons! It isn't just a position that our current manager failed to plug. This is the one area of our team, that we've failed to sign a "class" player for. Instead we've lurched from one defensive crisis to another with pretty mediocre CH's, whilst it was obvious to most of us what was needed. Surely with money we've spunked on duds like Bahookie, Djemba Djemba, Harkins, Grainger, (f**k me where do I stop?), we could have sourced an experienced "stopper" from somewhere.

No it wasn't. Not signing a replacement for him was though.

Agent Mair came through for us again yesterday.

Missed the 'Well players touch. Must've been more pished than I thought last night.

As I was leaving the main stand, "MFC Young team" were swaggering through the Saints support. One of them bumped into a young saints fan and looked as if he was thinking about taking it a bit further. Fortunately for him, he must have had a rare moment of lucidity. -
I'm sure you'll have evidence of this. If you haven't, why don't you phone up the BT campaign? I'm sure they've got a cooked up set of "facts" to fuel more unfounded mass hysteria.

More underhand behaviour from the government. Vladimir Putin would be proud of them.

Didn't look like a penalty and The Thommohawk looked offside for his second.

Did you get it right up them?
