Put simply, this is a tremendous idea. The only issue I can imagine is to do with the online system. It should encourage a few more folk to attend but has to be done smoothly and professionally or it will have the opposite effect and put off swithering fans. Perhaps the best way to make sure things go to plan would be to give it a trial run in the family stand and see how it goes. If there is a problem it can be fixed. If all goes smoothly it can be swiftly implemented in the other two home stands, one of which I propose re-naming "The Drew Stand." Also, a direct-debit system using your mobile phone might prove popular - send a text and your bank account will be debited, you'll get a reply with your seat number on it, chosen to be as close as possible to your favourite spot.

I've deliberately avoided this thread since it was started, this is my first time reading and I have to say I'm pleased the troll has been banned. A few times since joining I've found myself going for weeks and months with no want to look at the site as a direct result of posters like Sid. As has been mentioned, he, at times, was capable of contributing to the forum but too often he focused his energy on being the centre of attention and pissing everyone else off. That particular post on the "vankini" thread summed him up for me. As a moderator and a web-master div does a fantastic job and his posts and insights are a joy to read, I was beginning to think his patience was limitless but it turns out he's human after all. I'm positive the forum will be a better place without Sid.

And when was the last time Paul Mathers played a match? I don't even think he was registered as a player last season.

I'm pretty sure said U21 rule states you must have two outfield U21 players so Adam wouldn't count. Still wouldn't mind seeing him signed though. Though I just noticed david's response and now I'm doubting myself - either way we need a back-up keeper and Grant Adam fits the bill.
