I am and always will be a St Mirren supporter but I have swaying on renewing my season ticket mainly due to value for money but this has swung it and I won't be renewing it after the appointment our new manager. I will be cheering on the boys and supporting our new manager as always but I am embarrassed on how this has come about and the BoD have to take the majority of the blame If I was DL I would be raging as this has not just happened in the last 24 hours but must have conspired and planned for weeks possibly months behind his back by our BoD, his assistant, his captain and one of his senior players in Teale. Disgusting treatment for our cup winning manager he has been stabbed in the back by people close to him... You deserved better Danny no matter what people thought of you.

Easily our best young player I agree but remind me again from midfield how many goals and assist he contributed to?

I missed the final game due to being away at a stag do. After speaking to a few other buddies about who won the Supporters Clubs POY awards that are announced after the last home game of the season I was shocked to find out Thommo never won one of them. I was shocked as this is a guy who has scored 16 goals this year and has the most assists of any in the squad in a struggling team. Of the sixteen all have been from open play. He also only missed one game all season and on one award got pipped by Marian Kello who has not been with us for the whole season. The last time I was so perplexed by this was when Barron won so many a few years ago. Let's hope when the official awards get handed out he will get the recognition he deserves for fantastic season. Baffling????

I would say the jury is still out on Wylde I would like to see him been given a proper run in the team but agree with rest utter gash. Am sorry but Magennis just doesn't have it and there was a reason he never got near the Aberdeen first team and the recruitment on the last year and a half has been soon bad it is untrue.

Thommo has got to stay he has been by far our top goalscorer in the last 3 seasons. How could replace his goals never mind his overall work rate and assists? Age should be no barrier.

No doubt without his goals we would be in massive trouble

If it is then they need cleared out asap except from the 3 I mentioned in my original post

Maybe if any of them take any interest in this forum and read this. They might realise that their performances have not been good enough and they need to take a hard look at themselves and up their game

With McGowan gone we might just might get the best out of Harkins who is contracted for another 2 seasons

I think all would agree the season to date has been a disappointment. With us struggling to survive and the possibility of us competing in the lottery of the playoffs and the chance our manager could be off in the summer or possibly sooner based on recent results and performances. I started to think no matter what division we would be in what players would I miss if they were to leave in the summer and I could really only manage to think of 3 I would really hand on heart would hate for us to to lose. Kello Thompson McGinn Some you could argue for especially the young players but none I don't believe we could not replace. Thoughts?

If DL goes then I think TC should stay or be asked to stay until a successor is appointed then let the new man decide but this is a pointless post unless DL leaves am not sure he will be booted or will resign.

I hate to say this as DL will always be a legend and have never said it before now or wanted it to happen but we should go our separate ways. With the seasons end getting closer it might just give us a much needed boost if we bring a new manager in to keep us away from the playoffs.

Am one of the few who praise DL for his work but don't get me wrong I understand people's frustration but a remember the Coughlin days and he is the only manager I have ever asked the BOD to give the sack. We are a small town club that will never get more than 5 thousand average crowd no matter how well we do. We will always be a club that flirt with relegation and let's be honest we enjoy the last game deciders a remember the best away days at Fir Park and Falkirk Stadium twice. Best away days

I would give DL a new contract. He won us a trophy and gave us our best league position 4 27 year. Wot a would like to know is our future ambitions and who has brought in the players in the last 2 windows?
