  1. Something like this would do me. Forgive the shite mock up
  2. If you look back at our kits since the club were founded, black white and red are the most recurring colours St Mirren - Historical Football Kits (historicalkits.co.uk) Website is black white and red I'd say the colours we can use are black, white, red, yellow and purple, based on badge/branding etc.
  3. Can't agree he was rotten. Definitely better pre WC but far from rotten
  4. The way I see it, we can either embrace what we've got and make the relationship between the club and Kibble work, or allow a vocal minority to turn the relationship sour I know what side I'm on
  5. Agree there are no winners in all of this. It's all a bit embarrassing AW making wild claims in the press, presumably without getting in touch with anyone at the club first, dick move Banning AW from the club, a massive overreaction The timing as well, before a hugely important game against Hearts, ridiculous
  6. The land around Ralston is already considered to be of high value. The land around the stadium is fairly undeveloped. A £13.4 million wellbeing centre on the doorstep of the football club has potential to be a useful asset, assuming the club gets to make use of it as part of our deal with Kibble You're right that not all trusts/charities are to be trusted, but in this case I'm not really sure what the big deal is... Personally, I'd like to see the land around the stadium be developed to the benefit of our local population
  7. Skim read most of this but would it really be a bad thing if the land around the stadium is developed? The clubs link with kibble could work if everyone became more positive about it rather than spinning mad conspiracy theories around. Kibble exists to care for vulnerable people, why does everyone assume the worst?
  8. I'd be interested to hear Kibble's pov. They've not offered much in the way of transparency
  9. Suppose I should do mine! The team you think are the most vocal away from home: it's probably Motherwell or Killie, similar supports to us, loud when they get going. The team you think are the most vocal at home: Hearts The team with the support you respect the most: Partick Thistle or Hibs, always thought Thistle fans were a sound bunch The team with the support that are just a bit dull: St Johnstone The team with the support that you dislike most: Can't really explain why but can't go Falkirk fans
  10. Ronseal. With the exception of ourselves and the bigot brothers; The team you think are the most vocal away from home: The team you think are the most vocal at home: The team with the support you respect the most: The team with the support that are just a bit dull: The team with the support that you dislike most:
  11. If Killie don't sell out their stand we should do what we did with Livi and open some additional seats for home fans Edit, I see John Needham tweeted that they're going to sell out the away stand, good effort
  12. Met her once in Paisley town centre before a game, right outside the banky, she held a St Mirren scarf for a photo always seemed alright tbf Think she has allowed herself to be dragged into the "woke" debates a bit much in recent years Should always reserve the right to say "I appreciate the question, but today we're talking about ferries/roads etc" rather than getting dragged into debates that only impact on a minority Can't say that I'm overly upset, no closer to independence and some fresh ideas and a new perspective might be a good thing
  13. they've just lifted the figures from football manager pinch of salt
  14. Fill in the corners, add a roof and call it the Feegie Dome
  15. We should be having a look at Simon Murray from Queens Park. 15 goals in 21, 7 assists also. Not sure if we can afford him but if we get some budget might be the solution we need
  16. Genuinely not that worried If this was a court case, everything posted so far would be shrugged off as "objection, hearsay" I recently visited Kibble through work. Without going into specifics of a business relationship, they were thorough on due diligence, professional and pleasant to work with Not sure why a long-established organisation would jeopardise their reputation to mess with a local football club If the annual accounts cause alarm, I'll be out with the pitchforks like the rest of us. Until then, bit of a non-issue If our good form continues, I have no doubt that we'll be in a great financial position, and we'll look back on this thread as nonsense
  17. This game gives me the absolute fear, we've got a terrible record at Ibrox and they will smell the opportunity to give us a doing and get one over celtic
  18. On the flip side, if we've signed these players and we're within our budget, it's been a f**king brilliant use of the budget available
  19. Not saying this is the reason, but if the club wants to go in a certain direction but the current staff don't fit that model, perhaps a decision was made to change it up? Results on the park have been good, perhaps the manager wants to change the youth structure to match his philosophy? Without reasons being given by the club, that's just a theory - but that would be how any well run business would look at it
  20. The youth academy fairly recently achieved elite status, (previously classed as "progressive"), so I'm sceptical of anyone who suggests the club would put that status in jeopardy About Us (stmirren.com)
  21. You can't leave us hanging like that. Who's next to go? Is it individual(s) that are responsible? Or a collective group? Can you tell us where you're getting the info?
