It's pretty obvious that VAR isn't the problem as there's been next to nothing worth talking about at the World Cup.  It is very obvious it's the incompetence of the Scottish officials that's the real problem.  Remove VAR and you have NO measurements on the right or wrong decisions.  That's a fact.
