Hmmmm let's see on one side you have a team playing for their next supper, yes a closed door game but there would have been scouts there. On the other is a team playing to get minutes into legs and get no injuries, more than likely under orders to leave 50/50s etc. So hardly shocking imho , not preferred certainly but not shocking

Spain 1-0 France, half time.  Not been great.  France offered next to nothing but that's partially down to excellent Spanish defending.  Spain get the pen, one other excellent move but, again, that's about it.
