Well it probably will as England are now almost certain to be top of the group.  Bring top is usually an advantage.  The top teams, and England are in that bracket, will want as easy a route as possible to utilise the squad 

Wearing my ABE hat I take solace that the other two members in the group are Panama (FIFA Ranking 60) and Ghana (73) so the result probably won't be that significant. Little known fact - the amount of energy used to air condition the stadium will result in the deaths of over 200 polar bears - that's 100 for every Harry Kane goal.
