Aye its all making much more sense now. While we were getting thumped by Killie, Livi and Dundee and being awful against Thistle (twice) and Dundee United he improved the metrics and is so obviously the outstanding candidate for the job.🤣 An U 19 coach he gets a 3 year deal in the SPL as his first job. Its absolutely bonkers!!!

He absolutely jumped ship and in 3 years if he gets that long will do the same to them when the going gets tough he jumps before he's pushed.

Tough season coming up - new manager, plenty of "churn" in the squad and a difficult division this season. As usual we'll in the bottom half in terms of budget (personal opinion) with Dundee, Falkirk, Killie & the Fakes, Motherwell have done well (sic) in the transfer market in recent seasons and will likely have a bigger budget than us as will Dundee Utd. As for the rest.... No obviously weaker teams like County or Livi, anyway as the Chinese say "May you live in interesting times". I'd settle for 10th place right here, right now.
