We are utter garbage. 

We’re barely Holby City today. 

Yet the players make a scary amount of Individual errors, even our so called best players.  You can train, talk tactics but at the end of the day it's down to the players ON the pitch.  I've captained a few teams and it's frustrating when fcuk ups happen, totally outwith the managers control.  We're nor Man City, can only use what our funds permit.
