The "too far this time" in my view is directly aimed at Infantino and his steamroller approach, alongside an official attempt to bribe every member country, not the desire to improve the ability of FIFA to support football worldwide.
You'd be naive 🙄 to think that every sport doesn't feel need to improve it's financial strength to allow it to grow.
Infantino thinks he's untouchable, I believe he's fcuked up and his days are numbered.
